Ruler - preferably the C-Thru

Pencil & Sharpener

X-acto Knife

Cutting mat

Scissors - small detail and large only blade

3M double-sided tape

Mounting foam tape, dots or squares 1/8"

As you progress you will want to add the following items to complete your kit:

Scoring Tool - The curved one which is a bone folder also

Brayers - 2-1/4", 4" and 6" are both must haves along with the yellow sponge brayer

Markers for coloring - Tombow or LaPlume seem to be the most popular

Marvy Brush Markers - for coloring directly on the rubber

Colored pencils and blending pencil - I recommend Lyra or Berol Prismacolor

Watercolor pencils - either Staedtler or Lyra Aquarelles

Watercolor and shader paint brushes - the best you can afford

Stipple Brushes - you need at least 5, one each for red/purple, blue, green, yellow and black/brown

Water Brushes of various sizes

Puff Static Away

Blender Pen - I prefer Dove which is refillable

Krylon Pens - Gold, Silver & Copper

ZIG black pigment pen with scroll and brush tips
